AfterPartial and full dentures are removable. They’re made of a plate part that fits snugly in your mouth, with an artificial tooth or teeth attached. Metal and acrylic versions are available here at Crescent Lodge Dental Practice in London.
The main difference is that dental implants are fixed in place. The treatment involves making a small hole in your gums, then placing a series of metal posts (which depend on how many teeth you’re replacing). The top part (crown) is then fitted.
