Incognito braces are virtually invisible to anyone you talk you, because they are placed on the inside surface of your teeth.
Treatment length varies for each patient, but most cases can be treated within 18 months.
No. You can get on with your life as normal. Incognito braces do not affect your social life, your job or your hobbies.
You can maintain a normal and healthy diet. As with all orthodontic treatment, there will be some adjustments to avoid brackets coming off or wires breaking: Avoid very hard, crunchy foods and things like hard boiled sweets, toffees or wine gum.
